Darussalam Enterprise (DARe) is currently looking for marketing service providers to submit a proposal for the following:

 

PROVISION OF MARKETING SERVICES FOR BRUNEI BUY LOCAL CAMPAIGN

(Ref No.: RFP 20 10 00)

 

The required project scope will include:

• The development of a concept proposal for the Buy Local Campaign

• Activities to serve as DARe’s expert Marketing Advisor & Campaign manager for the implementation of the Brunei Buy Local Campaign, supported by DARe project team.

 

Interested parties are required to submit proposal(s) with the relevant documents including:

• Valid certificate of business registration/license

• Company profile

• Track record of experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns

RFP: Industrial Sites Management

 

Darussalam Enterprise (DARe) is currently looking for established and experienced company to submit a Request for Proposal for the following:

 

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SG DUHON OFFSHORE MARINE CENTER

 

To ensure continued and uninterrupted operations of the OFFSHORE MARINE CENTER (OMC) at Sg Duhon with the existing tenants and the marine center users. Darussalam Enterprise has developed the OMC with the view of supporting and creating an increased activity from energy sector services around SDIP and by developing SDIP as a One Stop Industrial Park with Office, Storage and Vessel Berthing Facility. Darussalam Enterprise, wishes to receive Request For Proposals to manage, operate and maintain the OMC at Sungai Duhon, Belait District in Brunei Darussalam.

This RFP is open to;

• Local companies registered in Brunei Darussalam (valid certificate of company registration).

• The Company must have at least Five years’ experience (more is an advantage) in operating and providing supply base operations, logistics and providing manpower to the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industry

• The Company must show evidence of having resources; Cranes, Forklifts, Trailers, Containers including operators and adequate manpower to also manage vessel wharfage and berthing facility

• The Company must have an annual turnover of at least BND$3 million and have an updated tax return

Registration instructions:

• Late notifications beyond the date will not be entertained.

MARINE ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY SERVICES

FOR THE PROPOSED MARINE MAINTENANCE YARD AND DECOMMISSIONING YARD

(Bilangan Tender: DTC 20 03 00)

 

Darussalam Enterprise (“DARe”) sukacita membukakan tawaran kepada konsultan-konsultan berdaftar dengan Kementerian Pembangunan bagi projek di atas.

 

Secara ringkasnya, skop perkhidmatan merangkumi perlaksanaan detailed survey, investigation, technical studies, environmental studies, engineering design dan penyeliaan pembinaan untuk memastikan infrastruktur yang bersesuaian disediakan bagi projek di atas.

Cara Mendaftar

• Yuran pendaftaran adalah dikehendaki pembayarannya menggunakan draf bank, cashier’s order atau pemindahan wang tunai (bank transfer) yang berjumlah $500.00 (Ringgit Brunei: Lima Ratus Ringgit Sahaja) dan tidak akan dikembalikan.

• Semua caj dari pihak bank adalah ditanggung sepenuhnya oleh pihak yang berminat.

 

Arahan Pembayaran

• Pembayaran boleh dibuat kepada Darussalam Enterprise di Meja Depan, Tingkat 1, D&T Building, Simpang 32-37, Kampong Anggerek Desa, Bandar Seri Begawan, BB 3713, Brunei Darussalam. Pembayaran hanya boleh dibuat semasa hari bekerja (Isnin hingga Juma’at).

• Bagi pembayaran melalui pemindahan wang tunai (bank transfer), sila hubungi tender.secretary@dare.gov.bn bagi maklumat lanjut.

• Pembayaran lewat tidak akan dilayan.

• Dokumen-dokumen tawaran akan dikeluarkan melalui emel setelah pembayaran diterima dan “Non-Disclosure Agreement” dilaksanakan. Maklumat lanjut mengenai cara dan tempoh penghantaran tawaran akan diterangkan dengan terperinci di dalam dokumen tender.

Manager, Startup Dev, Enterprise Programme (1 Position)

 

To support the sustainability and growth of innovative Startups (and MSMEs) through the continuous development of the startup ecosystem, programmes and strategic partnerships.

​

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the overall startup ecosystem in the following areas

  • Entrepreneurship Pipeline Generation - promotion of startup related programmes geared towards increasing awareness on entrepreneurship.

  • Establish and maintain key local / regional strategic partnerships for startup ecosystem development.

  • Development of content and programme as well as management of shared facilities for startups, which include but not limited to, national incubation centre (iCentre) and co-working space.

  • Work closely with startups / iCentre incubatees in developing commercial and operational strategies.

​

• Manage, organise and develop a team to ensure the following:

  • Operation and coordination of initiatives.

  • To deliver key performance indicators.

  • Develop team skills and capacity.

 

Key Requirements:

• Degree level or higher in relevant fields from a reputable academic institution accredited by Negara Brunei Darussalam.

• Comprehensive knowledge on startup ecosystem and trends.

• Show high standard of work ethics with strong interpersonal skills.

• A people person with excellent communication skills.

• Project management experience from conceptualisation to implementation through execution of deliverables.

• Demonstrated skill as a self-starter with a strong drive to produce results.

• Experience with corporate, startups and business would be advantageous.
