Darussalam Enterprise (‘DARe’) hereby invites interested parties to submit Request for Proposal (‘RFP’) ‘To Invest, Renovate and Operate Commercial Buildings in Bangar Town, Temburong District, Negara Brunei Darussalam’.

The scopes of services shall include (but not limited to): -

• Invest the development of the identified commercial buildings;

• Develop concept design for the identified commercial buildings;

• Refurbish and Renovate the retail units at the identified commercial buildings;

• Operate the retail units at the identified commercial buildings; and

• Maintain the interior and exterior structure and its assets.

All scope shall be in compliance with guidelines and best practices under Brunei Government and Authorities regulations and also in compliance to the Local Business Development.

Who should register?

Interested parties should be a reputable local company with expertise and proven track record. At minimum, the company must have at least three (03) years experience in refurbishing, renovating, managing, maintaining and developing commercial buildings OR similar facility.

To register an RFP, interested parties should send an email to tender.secretary@dare.gov.bn with subject heading ‘Reference No.: RFP 22 14 00, To Invest, Renovate and Operate Commercial Buildings in Bangar Town, Temburong District, Negara Brunei Darussalam’ upon which they will be provided with RFP document containing more information on the business opportunity.

Completed RFP should be submitted no later than 12.00 noon on 12 August 2022. Late submissions will not be entertained.
