Darussalam Enterprise hereby invites applications to submit proposals for the above-mentioned tender. 

The broad scope of works includes: -

1. To renovate the layout and interior design of the existing building to suit DARe corporate branding;

2. Ground and structural works, including foundation works;

3. New roofing sheets & structures, partitions, ceiling, flooring, window and doors;

4. Provision of utilities and building system, including electrical, water, plumbing, fire prevention system, telco, security camera system, etc;

5. Provision of new 20ft porta cabin;

Who is qualified to tender?

1. Local contractors registered under the Ministry of Development, Brunei Darussalam, with categories Class 2 and above.

2. Previous relevant experience within the last 5 years in similar projects.

3. Minimum annual turnover of B$500,000 over  the last 5 years.

“REQUEST FOR TENDER DOCUMENTS – DTC 22 05 00 (THE RENOVATION & EXTENSION WORKS OF THE PROPOSED OFFICE BUILDING AT THE PEKAN BELAIT INDUSTRIAL PARK)”.

1. The tender documents will be issued by email from Thursday, 30th June 2022.  The deadline for the submission of tender proposals shall be 3.00pm, Thursday, 28th July 2022.
