Darussalam Enterprise hereby invites class 4 and above contractors to participate in the above mentioned tender.

The scope of works includes: -

1. Site clearing;

2. Construction of a gravel road of 1 km in length;

3. Demolition of existing fence and other infrastructure;

4. New PVC coated anti-climb Fence of 2.5 km in length;

5. CCTV and lighting system;

Who is qualified to tender?

1. Local contractors registered with DARelinks and the Ministry of Development, Brunei Darussalam, under Class 4 and above.

2. Previous relevant experience in similar projects.

3. Minimum total annual turnover of B$0.5 million over the last 5 years.

1. Registration with DARelinks can be done at darelinks.dare.gov.bn 

2. Send an email to tender.secretary@dare.gov.bn with the company qualifications and request for the tender documents with the email subject: “REQUEST FOR TENDER DOCUMENTS – DTC 23 07 00 (Design and Build of The Northern Security Fence and Ancillary Infrastructure at SPARK)”.

3. The deadline for the submission of tender proposals 3:00PM, Monday, 23 October 2023.
