Darussalam Enterprise hereby invites class 5 and 6 contractors to participate in the above mentioned tender.

The scope of works includes -

1. Construction of industrial roads of 8 km in length;

2. New electrical, water, drainage and telecom infrastructure;

3. Earthworks of 100 ha of land;

4. Landscape works.

Who is qualified to tender?

1. Local contractors registered with DARelinks and the Ministry of Development, Brunei Darussalam, under Class 5 and 6.

2. Previous relevant experience in similar projects.

3. Minimum total annual turnover of B$7.5 million over the last 5 years.

Instructions for registration and tender document collection:

1. Contractors are required to register with DARe LINKS at darelinks.dare.gov.bn 

2. Send an email to tender.secretary@dare.gov.bn with the company qualifications and request for the tender documents with the email subject: “REQUEST FOR TENDER DOCUMENTS – DTC 23 06 00 (Design and Build Expansion Works for 3 Industrial Parks)”.

3. The deadline for the submission of tender proposals 3:00PM, Monday, 23 October 2023.
