Terms & Conditions

• Must be a Brunei-based and Brunei-registered company

• Must have valid Registration of Companies & Business Names (16/17)

• As this a Halal event, proposed products should meet the following requirements:

  • Must be Halal or Muslim related products

  • Have official and valid Halal Certificate (if applicable)

  • Have complete product labelling

  • Have suitable packaging

• Applicants must have sufficient production capacity suitable for international markets

• Participants must be prepared and willing to bear the cost of e.g.

  • Air flight tickets (to the event destination)

  • Accommodation (at the event destination)

  • COVID-19 travel arrangements (for entry at the event destination)

  • Insurance of products

  • All other relevant items e.g. product Certificate of Origin etc. 

• ​Partcipants are expected to make the necessary arrangements to obtain and/or apply for the relevant product documentations and applications e.g. Certificate of Origin, Export Permit etc.

Selection Process

​

• Completed Application Form must be submitted via e-mail to market.access@dare.gov.bn no later than Wednesday, 20th July 2022 at 4.00PM. Incomplete forms will not be entertained.

• Only shortlisted companies will be contacted.
