General Scope of Work

Location: Main Building, Courts, Grandstand, Parking Area, Swimming Pool, Functional Training Gym

Cleaning personnel : 4

Working hours : 8am to 5pm

 

CLEANING SERVICE

  • Cleaning equipment, materials (plastic, toilet rolls & tissue) and solution (cleaning solution, handsoap) provided by vendors.
  • Include adhoc high rise cleaning service.

 

PEST CONTROL SERVICES

  • For Ants, Cockroaches, and other Crawling Insect
  • For Rodents

 

DRAINAGE SERVICES

  • On-call or Periodic Services for unblocking or servicing of sewer-lines – inclusive to this contract at No Extra Charges.
