Requirements for Good Manufacturing Practices including staff behaviour and hygiene, access to restricted areas, storage management, food/other processing, maintenance, waste management and documentation & training requirements.
Target Participants:
Management or owners of commercial kitchens, food outlets or factories who are considering adopting GMP and looking to gain more understanding on what it entails.
Trainer/Consultant Profile:
John Ho is an associate with Arete Solutions (Singapore) with decades of experience in project management and factory design in the food and chemical sector. He also has extensive experience with international clients in conducting GMP and food safety training, consultancy, audits and management.
Optional On-Site Audit Service:
Following the concepts presented in the training, the consultant will be available to conduct an on-site audit / bespoke On-the-Job training for the company internal auditors. Depending on the magnitude and size of the food operations, the default duration will be about 1 to 2 man-days.
At the end of the audit, a report shall be generated and submitted to the management representative. This shall include photos, videos and written comments or findings by the consultant.
The fees for the audit shall be chargeable based on the number of man-days required for the audit.
