Time: 10.30AM - 12PMTarget Attendees: Management or owners of commercial kitchens or food outlets who wish to understand the adequacy of their cleaning program.Description: This 1.5-hour seminar serves to introduce the approach to implementing an effective cleaning program in a commercial kitchen or food premise to enhance food safety and hygiene.

John Ho is an associate with Arete Solutions (Singapore) with decades of experience  in project management and factory design in the food and chemical sector. He also has extensive experience with international clients in conducting GMP and food safety training, consultancy, audits and management.
