Please provide the active email address of a close family/staff – who is made aware of the use of their email address for the purpose of BMF 2025 exhibitor application.

The floor plan will only be shared during the exhibitors briefing and only to the successful applicants.

Only selected applicants will be contacted on the exhibitor briefing session date. The session will include info on booth payment collection, additional booth requests, booth allocation, etc.

Companies from all industries, as long as they are Brunei-registered and offers Brunei-branded products or services.

You may submit application, but priority will be given only to companies with Bruneian products/services, products/services relating to the event theme, and companies that are able to provide cashless payment during the event.If there are still booths available, we will be able to offer your company.

Yes. However, your booths will only be secured after we receive payment from you.

The booth fee stated is for one booth for the whole duration of event (4 days), and includes:
Standard 3x3m shell-scheme booth with carpet. If you require raw space only, the same fee applies for a 3x3m space.

The BMF Secretariat will check your business registration document – if ‘Business Address’ is same as ‘Residential Address’, then Category 1. If not, then Category 2.
In some cases, company’s registration document may not have updated info. Then, the Secretariat will verify using common knowledge or through the company’s website/social media presence to see if company owns a shop/facility.

Random booths will have panels with front side being open while corner booths will have two adjacent walls opening

Only successful applicants will be notified via email within 1 week after the closing date by the BMF Secretariat. The email will include more information for exhibitors, including payment methods, payment deadline, exhibitors briefing date, etc.

No. When you submit your application, you agree that the Secretariat has the right to allocate suitable booths for you based on your category/sector. You will only get to choose corner booth if you choose the Corner Booth option and fee in the application form.

You will be notified of the initial booth allocation after the closing date. The Booth allocations are subject to changes and will only be confirmed after we receive booth payment from you.

The booth payment information will only be shared with the shortlisted applicants. The BMF secretariat will inform you 1 week after the closing application date if you are selected.
