This workshop aims to enhance knowledge of financial literacy crucial for business owners to make informed decisions.

Learning Outcome:

By the end of these courses, you will be able to :

1.Explain what cash flow is and how it fits into a cash flow cycle

2.Understand how you work with creditors and debtors to make sure your cash flow is efficient and easy to manage

3.Understand what a budget is and what it is used for

4.Know how to monitor a budget, react to a surplus or deficit and use it to inform business decisions

5.Understand what makes up a basic set of accounts

6.Understand how to put a basic set of account together and the effect of each component has on the total
